At Solucion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and air fresheners are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used, unless the item is proven to be defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales

  • Change-of-mind purchases


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Solucion reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent by us

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solucion is not responsible for lost return parcels
